A paragraph is a self-contained unit of a discourse in writing dealing with a particular point or idea. Paragraphs are usually an expected part of formal writing, used to organize longer prose.
A life insurance policy is a contract between a policyholder and an insurance company. Under this agreement, the insurance company commits to paying a specified sum of money—known as the death benefit—to the beneficiaries of the policyholder upon the policyholder’s death, provided it occurs during the term of the policy.
