To keep your policy accurate, you can easily update your address through our digital or branch network. You can log in to Smart Care, our Self-Service Portal, select ‘Address’ under the Services Corner, update your address and upload proof, or simply visit our nearest Branch to submit the Request for Change in Contact Details Form. We always ensure that wherever life takes you, your policy stays in sync.
You can update your bank details either online through the Customer Portal or by visiting your nearest SBI Life Branch.
Online through the Customer Portal (Smart Care): Log in to your account on Smart Care, SBI Life’s self-service portal, and go to Profile Update under the Services Corner. Select Bank Account, enter your policy number, update the required details, and upload one of the following documents:
A cancelled cheque with your pre-printed name and account number, or a self-attested copy of your bank passbook with a recent transaction statement (not older than six months).
At an SBI Life Branch:
Visit your nearest SBI Life Branch and submit the duly filled “Request_for_E-statement_Contact_Details_PAN_Bank_Account_Details” form along with either:
A cancelled cheque with pre-printed name and account number, or a self-attested copy of your bank passbook with a recent transaction statement (not older than six months).
