Some are plopped on the couch binge-watching their favourite TV series, while others are taking to social media to record their daily lives, and some are simply sleeping through the day. However, this is no time for panicking over the latest news or lamenting the closing down of your favourite restaurant. Instead, you can use this time constructively. Realise that you are not permanent

The lockdown has people scrambling to stock up on their daily needs. However, there are stories of people going out of their way to help the poor and needy. The poor and the homeless people do not have enough for themselves. Daily wage labourers, too, have lost their source of income in this lockdown. You need to start thinking about others.
