Mr. Gulanikar has played a vital role in leading key phases of progress and evolution, from establishing core finance and investment functions in newly formed insurance company to leading an insurance company through its IPO journey. In his expanded role, he now leads critical operational and technology functions, ensuring that systems, processes, and digital capabilities are aligned to deliver efficiency, scalability, and customer-centric outcomes. He has led diverse functions like finance, investments, Strategy and now Operations and IT.

His vision is to combine deep business understanding with strong operational discipline and technology enablement,to ensures that service delivery results in customer delight. Over the years, he has directed multiple strategic initiatives to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness. Throughout his career mantra has been to blend insight, structure, and care to deliver strong and consistent results.

A commerce graduate, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Mr. Gulanikar is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Beyond the boardroom, he enjoys the rhythm of sport and the fascination of crime fiction. A devoted golfer and badminton enthusiast, he brings the same focus and calmness from the greens and courts into his professional life.
