Role & Team

  • Achieve sales targets through bank branches (CIFs)
  • Drive new business and revenue growth initiatives
  • Increase number of active branches and CIF productivity
  • Conduct training sessions on products and sales skills
  • Organize branch-level training programs
  • Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and CIFs
  • Monitor business performance and key sales metrics
  • Ensure persistency and renewal business targets
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
