Over the course of his career, he has contributed meaningfully to shaping financial strategy, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting sustainable growth across dynamic and evolving business environments.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in law and commerce, Mr. Sarangi brings together strong analytical expertise and a well-rounded understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks. His multidisciplinary background allows him to approach financial leadership with both clarity and balance, aligning prudent risk management with a focus on long-term value creation.

Since joining in December 2009, Mr. Sarangi has strengthened financial discipline and built resilient systems to support growth. Known for his clarity and principled approach, he oversees finance, taxation, planning and budgeting, investor relations, and ESG initiatives, ensuring decisions are data-driven, accountable, and aligned with long-term value creation.

Before joining, he was Vice President – Treasury, Investment Operations, and Finance at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he strengthened investment practices and financial systems. His treasury and planning expertise continues to guide the organization’s focus on transparency, sustainable growth, and fiscal discipline.
