Mr. Nihar N. Jambusaria

Mr. Nihar N. Jambusaria, a Chartered Accountant qualified in 1984, is a senior finance and taxation professional with over four decades of experience. He served as Senior Vice President – Taxation at Reliance Industries Limited until April 2020 and currently, he is in advisory practice in the area of Direct Tax, International Tax, M&A, FEMA matters and Business Restructuring.

He serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of IIFL Finance Limited, IIFL Samasta Limited, The Clearing Corporation of India Limited, Blossom Industries Limited, Pranav Construction Limited, Prabhudas Lilladher Advisory Services Limited and Neo Asset Trustee Private Limited.

He has served as President and Vice President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Chairman of the IndAS Implementation Committee. He also served on the Board of NFRA as ICAI’s ex‑officio representative.
