Mr. Amit Jhingran
Managing Director and CEO
Mr. Jhingran holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science. With 30 years of experience at SBI, he has held leadership positions across international banking, retail and general management within SBI. Prior to this role, he was CEO of SBI Chicago and has also served as Chief General Manager for SBI Hyderabad Circle.
Mr. Dorababu Daparti
Deputy CEO
Mr. Daparti has more than 29 years of experience in the financial industry. He holds an M.Sc. and is a Chartered Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has served in leadership roles across SBI’s international banking operations, including as Country Head & CEO of State Bank of India (SBI) Maldives and as Deputy General Manager & Head of the Department - Overseas Planning & Strategy at SBI’s Corporate Centre.
Mr. M. Anand
President and Chief Distribution Officer
Mr. Anand has more than 34 years of experience in insurance and banking. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from NMIMS and a Bachelor’s degree in Science.
Mr. Abhijit Gulanikar
President – Business Strategy
Mr. Gulanikar has over 26 years of experience in life insurance, general insurance and corporate finance. He holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
Mr. Sangramjit Sarangi
President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sarangi has over 25 years of experience in Life Insurance and Mutual Fund industry. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds bachelor's degree in commerce and law. He has held senior finance leadership roles across sectors.
Mr. G. Durgadas
President Operations and Information Technology
Mr. Durgadas is a Science graduate with 34 years of experience in banking and insurance. He holds certifications from the Indian Institute of Bankers, the Indian Institute of Insurance and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
Mr. Subhendu Kumar Bal
Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Bal is a Fellow member of the Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI) and the UK (FIA) with over 31 years of experience in life insurance. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Statistics and possesses expertise across actuarial & non-actuarial functions of life insurance business.
Mr. Subodh Kumar Jha
EVP – Chief of HR and Management Services
Mr. Jha brings vast experience of over 32 years, across locations in India and internationally. He is a Science graduate, a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Advising.
Mr. Prithesh Chaubey
Appointed Actuary
Mr. Chaubey is a Fellow Member of Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI) and UK (FAI) with more than 32 years of professional experience in managing various aspects of the insurance including Actuarial, Risk Management, Product Development, Finance, Investment, Reinsurance and Group business. He holds a graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics.
Mr. Gopikrishna Shenoy
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Shenoy has an experience of 34 years in Debt and Capital Markets. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Management and has led investment functions in mutual funds and insurance.
