Mr. Challa Sreenivasulu Setty
Non-Executive, Chairman
Mr. Setty, Chairman of State Bank of India, with over 36 years of experience has held key leadership roles including MD (Retail & Digital Banking) and heading International Banking, Global Markets and Technology portfolios. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and holds a degree in Agriculture. He has led various government task forces on banking reforms.
Mr. Ashwini Kumar Tewari
Non-Executive, Nominee Director
Mr. Tewari holds Degree in Electrical Engineering and is Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He is MD (Corporate Banking & Subsidiaries) at SBI and brings over 33 years of banking experience in India and abroad. He currently oversees SBI’s Large Corporate and Commercial Credit, along with the Bank's Associates and Subsidiaries. He serves on the Boards of several SBI Group companies.
Mr. Narayan K Seshadri
Independent Director
Mr. Seshadri is a fellow member of ICAI and holds Bachelor's degree in Science. He brings over 43 years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing, litigation support, among others and his industry experience includes manufacturing, process, healthcare, financial services, utilities, infrastructure and technology. He has worked with some large Fortune 500/FTSE 100 companies and start-ups in various international jurisdictions.
Dr. Tejendra Mohan Bhasin
Independent Director
Dr. Bhasin has over 46 years of experience in administration, banking and finance industries. A former Chairman & MD of Indian Bank and ex-Vigilance Commissioner of India, he also led the Advisory Board for Banking and Financial Frauds (ABBFF). He holds degrees in Finance, Law and Criminology and is a fellow of IIBF.
Mr. Shobinder Duggal

Mr. Duggal has 38 years of experience with companies such as Nestle and Voltas India Limited. He served as Executive Director & CFO of Nestlé India and was on the Board of Nestlé Lanka PLC. A Chartered Accountant, he has led procurement, finance and IT functions across South Asia.
Ms. Usha Sangwan
Independent Director
Ms. Sangwan is a seasoned professional with 39 years of experience including extensive Board-level roles. Her career spans across leading organizations such as Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), BSE Ltd., Ambuja Cement, LIC Housing Finance, Grasim Industries, and Tata Motors among others. She holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Human Resource Management.
Mr. Venugopal Bhaskaran Nayar

Mr. Nayar, former MD of LIC, brings over 38 years of experience in life insurance and banking. He has held senior roles in marketing, IT, finance and project strategy. A Commerce graduate, he has represented LIC on the Boards of international subsidiaries and served as a Shareholder Director on the Boards of SBI and NCDEX and the NCDEX e-markets (NeML). He also served as Zonal Manager overseeing LIC’s 8 zones and also held key responsibilities as Executive Director (Information Technology), Chief (IT/BPR).
Mr. Amit Jhingran
Managing Director and CEO
Mr. Jhingran holds a Master’s in Economics and a Bachelor’s in Science. With 30 years of experience at SBI, he has held senior roles across retail banking, international banking and branch management. He previously served as CEO of SBI Chicago and CGM of SBI Hyderabad Circle.
