Premium Payment Procedure

Who can opt for this facility?
SBI Life Customers having a valid VISA or MASTER franchisee credit Card issued in India can opt for this facility.
 

What does this service cost me?
Absolutely free! This service is provided to the customer free of cost and all the charges are borne by SBI Life.
 

How do I register for payment of premium through Credit Card?
Please fill the Credit Card Mandate Form and forward the same along with the self attested photo copy of your credit card to your nearest SBI Life Branch Office. Alternately you can also mail it to our communication address.
 

What is the time taken for activation?
All premiums falling due immediately after the receipt of the duly filled mandate form will be deducted from your credit card. As such the activation time is NIL.
 

When will the premium be deducted from my credit card?
SBI Life deducts the premium from the credit card thrice a month i.e. on 10th 20th and last day of the month. Your premiums will be deducted from your credit card in the immediate credit card cycle falling after the premium due date. The premiums for successful payments will be received within the next 4-5 working days.
 

Do I get a receipt for my credit card payment?
Yes, Subsequent to receipt of premium from your credit card company a receipt acknowledging the same will be dispatched to you.
